Kitson House is a 6 bed property that can sleep up to 10 adults and children plus a baby.  The property is perfect for grandparents, children and their children to all stay in the one place rather than separate rooms at a hotel.  We have styled the property with families in mind and we hope you enjoy the bright and cheerful accessories.  The property offers flexible room set ups with 2 bedrooms able to be kingsize or twin beds.  This flexibility also lends itself well to a group of friends and would offer 8 separate beds. 

Kitson House is brilliantly located very close to all the action of the South Bay - just 2 minutes from Sandside where you will find the harbour, restaurants and of course the many arcades.  The property is in a slightly elevated positioned such that every window offers views of either the South Bay beach, the castle or the harbour.  You can even enjoy a bay view from the kitchen window as you make a cup of tea.

The property benefits from 2 outside terraces at the front and rear, each with great view across the bay and beyond.
